Order Tracking & Updates

Some orders are shipped via USPS and may not traceable.  If your order was shipped via a traceable method, we will provide your tracking number online. You may check the status of your order by clicking here .  You may also email customerservice@mybabyclothesboutique.com to check on your order. 

Yes, we will immediately send you an email confirmation for your order.  If you do not receive a confirmation in your Inbox, please check your Junk mail folder.  

Please review your order upon checkout and when you receive your order confirmation.  Should you need to make changes, please contact customerservice@mybabyclothesboutique.com or call 1-866-553-8175.

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an invalid address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You are responsible for any reshipping fees.

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within a few days.  We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Please allow adequate time for shipping.  Some carriers ship quicker than other carriers.  Typically you will receive your order within 5 - 10 business days unless your order is on backorder.

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.  Orders over 30 days are non-refundable.  Clothing that has been worn or washed is non-refundable.  Clothing that is damaged due to wear is non-refundable.  Personalized clothing is non-refundable.  All returned products must be in original packaging and have all tags attached.

To return an item, please complete the following steps:

• Email customerservice@mybabyclothesboutique.com. Include the following items in the email

              a. Order Number
              b. Order Date
              c. Items being returned
              d. Reason for the return
              e. Your full name

• We will email a Return Authorization Number to you.
• Write the Return Authorization Number on the packing slip. Circle the items you are returning on the packing slip. Include the packing slip in the box along with all original packing materials and tags. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box

• We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the item back in our warehouse. If the return is accepted, we will credit your credit card within 1 week. Please keep in mind that it may take longer for the credit to show up on your credit card.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We do not refund shipping for returns.  We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages or non-returnable items.

Once we receive your item and validate the return, we will issue a credit within 3 - 5 business days.  We will send you an email to confirm your return is accepted and the amount of your refund.  Please allow additional time for your Credit Card issuer to post the credit to your account.
